A well secured library along with digital facility is available in the college and it is open for all students and faculty. * The library and the reading room are kept open from 9.00 am to 4.15 pm on all working days.

Rules

• Perfect silence must be observed in the library, reading room and its immediate premises. Users are not allowed to be crowded near the door.
• Students are requested to keep their belongings outside the library. They shall write their name and number at every time they enter to the library in the Library Register.
• Students shall bring their identity card and library cards while entering to the library.
• Students are allowed to borrow two books at a time and retain it for a period of one week.
• Library cards are to be returned on completion of the course of study or on discontinuation of the course.
• Fine shall be remitted for delayed returns. The renewal is depended up on demand.
• Books in the reference section should be consulted with in the library.
• Students are not allowed to exchange the library books or lend them to anybody. They are strictly forbidden to borrow books on behalf of other students.
• Students are requested to examine the books at the time of borrowing. Damage or loss of books shall be reported to the librarian immediately. Damage or loss of a book may justify with a fine which is double to the actual rate of the book, at the time of return. The decision of the Principal in this matter will be the final.
• Books borrowed shall be kept neatly. Marking, underlining or damage to the books is not allowed.
• All library arrears must be cleared by the student borrowers before the closure of every semester.
• Strict action may be taken to students who fail to obey the rules and regulations of the library.
• There will be no issue of books during the summer vacations.
